Terms and Conditions of Sale

Version effective as of September 1, 2026

The Norvaed Philosophy

At Norvaed, we believe that the finest objects are those that stand the test of time.

Our bags are designed to accompany their owners for many years, developing a patina and character of their own. Every mark left by time tells the story of a journey, a memory or an adventure.

This commitment to quality, durability and authenticity guides each of our creations, as well as the relationship of trust we seek to build with our customers.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to set out, in a transparent manner, the terms governing this relationship.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of products made through the www.norvaed.com website between Norvaed, a brand operated by Florian Guillier, a sole trader under the French micro-entrepreneur regime, and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter the “Customer”).

They define the terms under which the Customer may order products offered for sale on the website, as well as the respective rights and obligations of the parties.

Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read them before placing their order.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Norvaed and the Customer relating to the sale of products offered on the website.

Norvaed reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, in particular to reflect changes in legal, regulatory or business requirements. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force and accepted by the Customer at the time the order is placed.

Article 2 — Seller identification

The products offered on the www.norvaed.com website are sold by:

VAT: VAT not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Article 3 — Products

Norvaed takes the utmost care in presenting and describing the products offered on the website in order to present their essential characteristics as accurately as possible.

Photographs, illustrations and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. Despite the care taken in their production, slight differences in colour, texture or finish may exist between the visuals and the delivered product, particularly due to screen settings or the nature of the materials used.

Products incorporating natural materials, such as genuine leather or waxed canvas, may display slight variations in shade, grain, texture or patina. These characteristics are inherent in such materials and do not constitute a manufacturing defect or grounds for a complaint.

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Norvaed reserves the right to modify its products, their characteristics or their design at any time, provided that such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Article 4 — Prices

Product prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.

In accordance with the VAT exemption scheme applicable to the business, VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. Norvaed reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Promotional offers or discount codes may occasionally be made available. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be combined with one another and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error resulting from a technical malfunction or a clear clerical error, Norvaed reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the Customer and to issue a full refund of any sums paid.

Article 5 — Orders

The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase, adds them to their shopping cart and follows the various ordering steps through to payment.

Before placing an order, the Customer is invited to check its details, including the selected products, quantities, delivery information and total amount. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

An order is considered final once payment has been validated and these Terms and Conditions have been accepted. A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Norvaed reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of suspected fraud, non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, manifestly incorrect information, or an obvious error affecting the price or characteristics of a product. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible and, where applicable, will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment in full is due when the order is placed.

The Customer may pay for their order by bank card (Visa, Mastercard and compatible cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or, where available, through payment solutions offered by Klarna.

Payments are secure and processed by specialised service providers. The Customer’s bank details are never accessible to or stored by Norvaed.

If payment is refused by the Customer’s bank or payment provider, the order cannot be validated and will not be processed.

Article 7 — Delivery

Norvaed delivers its products to mainland France and to European Union countries served at the time the order is placed.

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination or periods of high activity.

Deliveries are carried out by the carriers and delivery networks offered at the time the order is placed, including home delivery or delivery to a collection point / locker, depending on the option selected by the Customer.

In mainland France, delivery to a collection point / locker is charged at €4.90 and is free for orders of €100 or more. Home delivery is charged at €7.90, or €3.90 for orders of €100 or more.

For other European Union countries served, delivery charges vary according to the destination and the delivery method selected. Their amount is indicated to the Customer before the order is placed.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing their order. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, or where delivery is otherwise impossible, the cost of reshipping may be charged to the Customer.

In the event of a delivery delay, Norvaed will endeavour to inform the Customer as soon as possible and assist them in tracking their parcel. A delay attributable to the carrier shall not render Norvaed liable, without prejudice to the Customer’s statutory rights.

If a parcel is declared lost by the carrier, Norvaed will take the necessary steps to determine its status and will, depending on the outcome of the investigation, offer either a replacement product or a refund of the order.

Where a parcel is refused by the Customer or returned to Norvaed due to an incorrect address, an uncollected parcel or any other reason attributable to the Customer, reshipment may be arranged once the reshipping costs have been paid. The Customer may also request a refund of their order under the conditions set out in the article relating to the right of withdrawal, subject to any costs incurred.

Article 8 — Receipt of the order

Upon receipt of their order, the Customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the delivered products.

If a product is damaged, missing or does not conform to the order, the Customer is invited to contact Norvaed as soon as possible at hello@norvaed.com, stating the order number and, where possible, attaching photographs showing the issue.

Norvaed undertakes to review each situation carefully and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Norvaed of their decision before the withdrawal period expires, by email at hello@norvaed.com or by any other means that provides proof of the notification, specifying in particular their order number.

The Customer then has 14 days from the date on which they notify their decision to return the relevant product or products. Return arrangements are set out in Article 10 — Returns and refunds.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or in other cases provided for by the French Consumer Code.

Article 10 — Returns and refunds

Returned products must be sent back in a condition that allows them to be resold, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. The Customer is invited to protect products carefully when reshipping them to prevent damage during transport.

Unless Norvaed has made an error, or the product is defective or does not conform to the order, return costs are borne by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. If such a reduction in value is found, Norvaed may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, Norvaed will issue the refund within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method of refund.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, Norvaed may withhold the refund until it has recovered the products or received proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Article 11 — Statutory warranties

Products sold by Norvaed benefit from the statutory warranties provided for under French law.

The Customer therefore benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity, under the conditions set out in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Where a product has a defect covered by one of these warranties, the Customer is invited to contact Norvaed at hello@norvaed.comstating their order number and, where possible, attaching photographs of the defect observed.

Norvaed will review the request as soon as possible and implement the solutions provided for by applicable regulations.

No commercial warranty or extended warranty is provided in addition to the statutory warranties.

Article 12 — Liability

Norvaed makes every effort to ensure the quality of the products offered for sale and the accuracy of the information published on the website.

However, Norvaed shall not be liable for any failure or improper performance of its obligations resulting from force majeure, an unforeseeable event beyond its control, or an event attributable to the Customer.

Norvaed cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, inadequate maintenance, modification of a product or normal wear and tear arising from its use.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Norvaed shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity or any other indirect loss suffered by the Customer.

These provisions do not limit or exclude the Customer’s rights under the statutory warranties provided for by applicable regulations.

Article 13 — Intellectual property

All elements appearing on the www.norvaed.com website, including the Norvaed brand, logo, photographs, text, illustrations, graphics, videos, and the website’s structure and content, are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and, where applicable, trademark law.

Unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from Norvaed, any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means or on any medium, is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised use may constitute an act of infringement or unfair competition and may give rise to any action necessary to protect Norvaed’s rights.

Article 14 — Personal data

Norvaed collects and processes the Customer’s personal data for the purposes of order management, delivery, after-sales service and, where applicable, the commercial relationship.

The terms governing the collection, use, retention and protection of personal data, as well as the Customer’s rights, are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is available at all times on the www.norvaed.com website.

Article 15 — Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a complaint, the Customer is invited to contact Norvaed first at hello@norvaed.com in order to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with French law.
