What materials are Norvaed bags made from?
The vast majority of Norvaed bags are made from waxed cotton canvas and full-grain Crazy Horse leather. These materials were chosen for their durability, character and ability to develop a beautiful patina over time. Thanks to their waxed cotton canvas, our bags offer water-repellent protection, making them suitable for light rain and everyday weather.
Is every bag exactly the same as in the photos?
No. Every Norvaed bag is unique. Full-grain Crazy Horse leather and waxed cotton canvas are natural materials that may show slight variations in colour, grain or texture compared with the photographs. These subtle differences are part of the charm of natural materials and reflect their authenticity. They are not flaws; rather, they help make every bag unique. This is why no two Norvaed bags are ever exactly alike.
Is the leather genuine leather?
Yes. The vast majority of Norvaed bags are made from full-grain Crazy Horse leather, a genuine leather valued for its durability, natural feel and ability to develop a patina over time. Rather than deteriorating, it gains character over the years, making every bag unique.
Are the bags water-resistant?
Yes. Thanks to their waxed cotton canvas, the vast majority of Norvaed bags are water-repellent and effectively withstand light rain and everyday weather. However, they are not designed to be fully waterproof or submerged in water.
Can I carry a laptop?
Yes. The vast majority of Norvaed bags are designed to hold a laptop. Depending on the model, they can accommodate devices up to 15.6″ or 17″. We recommend checking each bag’s product page to confirm the compatible dimensions.
What bag capacity should I choose?
Choosing the right capacity depends first and foremost on how you plan to use your bag. A 20–25 L bag is ideal for everyday life, work or a day trip. For weekends away, short stays or travel requiring more gear, a capacity of 30 L or more will generally be more suitable. Each product page specifies the bag’s capacity to help you choose the model that best meets your needs.

Unlike many materials that simply wear out, waxed cotton canvas and full-grain Crazy Horse leather gain character over the years. The creases, tonal variations and marks from your adventures gradually tell your bag’s story, while preserving its durability.
How should I care for my Norvaed bag?
Caring for a Norvaed bag is simple. A soft, slightly damp cloth is usually enough to remove everyday dust and marks. Avoid machine washing, harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to water. To preserve the suppleness and beauty of the full-grain Crazy Horse leather, we recommend applying a suitable leather balm or wax from time to time.
Shipping & orders
What are the delivery times?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination:
• Mainland France : 2–4 business days
• Europe : 3–7 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Which countries do you deliver to?

Is delivery free?
Oui. La livraison en Point Relais / Locker est offerte en France métropolitaine dès 100 € d’achat.
En dessous de 100 €, la livraison en Point Relais / Locker est facturée 4,90 €.
La livraison à domicile est facturée 7,90 €, ou 3,90 € dès 100 € d’achat.
Pour les autres pays de l’Union européenne desservis, les frais de livraison varient selon la destination et sont affichés avant la validation de la commande.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. If you have created a Norvaed account, you can also find all your orders and track them directly from your account area.
My parcel is delayed, is that normal?
Delivery times may exceptionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as high carrier volumes, weather conditions or public holidays. If your parcel appears to be unusually delayed, please contact us. We will do everything we can to help locate it and find a solution if needed.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, provided that your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. If you would like to amend or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be amended or cancelled. However, you may still exercise your right to withdraw in accordance with our returns policy.
Returns
Can I return my bag ?
Yes. If your purchase is not suitable, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The bag must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all its accessories and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is faulty or we have made an error.
Are returns free ?
No. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the item received is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, Norvaed will cover the return costs in full.
What should I do if my bag is damaged on delivery?
If your bag arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and include a few photos of the item concerned. Once we have reviewed them, we will let you know what to do next. If a return is required, the costs will be fully covered by Norvaed. We will then replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Subject to eligibility, Klarna also allows you to pay for your order in instalments. All transactions are protected by a secure payment system.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions made on Norvaed are protected by a secure payment system using data encryption. Your bank details never pass through our servers and are processed directly by our trusted payment partners.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Through Klarna, and subject to eligibility, you can pay for your order in instalments. The available options will be shown at checkout.
