At Norvaed, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, despite the care taken in designing and preparing your order, a product does not meet your expectations, you have a withdrawal period allowing you to return it under the conditions set out in this policy.<\/p>

Our aim is to make the process as simple, transparent and fair as possible, while ensuring your request is handled promptly.

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.<\/p>\n

To exercise this right, simply send us a clear and unambiguous request by email to hello@norvaed.com<\/em>, stating your order number and the products concerned.<\/p>\n

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the products concerned, in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.

Return conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:
\u2022<\/code><\/b><\/span>be new, unused and in perfect condition;
\u2022<\/code><\/b><\/span>be returned with its original tags and any accessories;
\u2022<\/code><\/b><\/span>show no signs of wear, dirt, damage or use that could reduce its value;
\u2022<\/code><\/b><\/span>be returned in its original packaging where possible, or in packaging that provides equivalent protection during transit.<\/p>

Norvaed reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in value where the returned product shows signs of use or depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

How to make a return<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To make a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>

1. Contact us at hello@norvaed.com<\/em> stating your order number and the product or products concerned.<\/p>

2. Wait for our confirmation, which will provide the return instructions and the address to which you should send your parcel.<\/p>

3. Send the product back in accordance with the return conditions set out in this policy, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.<\/p>

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product before informing you of the outcome of your request.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

However, if the product received is faulty, damaged, does not match your order or results from a preparation error by Norvaed, return costs will be fully covered by Norvaed.<\/p>

Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method.<\/p>

The refund covers the price of the returned products and, where applicable, the original delivery costs, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.<\/p>

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions set out in this policy, Norvaed reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply a reduction corresponding to the loss in value observed, under the conditions provided by law.

Exchanges<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Norvaed offers exchanges, subject to stock availability.<\/p>

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us in advance at hello@norvaed.com<\/em> stating your order number and the item you would like instead.<\/p>

For an exchange requested by the customer, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, while Norvaed covers the shipping costs for the replacement product.<\/p>

If the requested product is priced differently from the item originally ordered, the amount will be adjusted. If the new product is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. Conversely, if the new product is less expensive, Norvaed will refund the difference.<\/p>

If the product is faulty, damaged, does not match the order or results from a preparation error by Norvaed, all shipping costs related to the exchange will be fully covered by Norvaed.

If, despite the care taken in preparing your order, you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@norvaed.com<\/em>including photographs of the product concerned and your order number where possible.<\/p>

After reviewing your request, Norvaed will offer the solution best suited to your situation, which may take the form of an exchange, a refund or another appropriate solution, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.<\/p>

In these circumstances, all return and, where applicable, reshipping costs will be fully covered by Norvaed.

Exceptions to the right of return<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, certain products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

This applies in particular to goods made to the customer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalised, except in the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect.<\/p>

Furthermore, no refund may be granted for a returned product that does not meet the return conditions defined in this policy, without prejudice to the consumer\u2019s rights under applicable legal provisions.
